Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.  Please allow one day for processing before your order is shipped. 

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that an item is damaged please notify us via email within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product. Embellishment Lashes reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes. In all cases, the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials.

A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email for you to track your purchase. All delivery times are estimates. Once delivery confirmation becomes available, Embellishment Lashes is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.  
It is the Purchaser's responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact information. 


Processing Time 

Orders placed before 1:00pm (CST) will be processed same day. All other shipments are processed within 24 hours with the exception of orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm (CST) and holidays. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day. 


Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping 

Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected; please reference above for additional information. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. Embellishment Lashes is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature. 

United States Postal Service (USPS) 

USPS is required for all deliveries to P.O Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.
